Arrow Away Privacy Policy
MICROCOSMOS LIMITED operates Arrow Away. This policy describes the Google Play game and the data processed when you play it, use its settings, or contact us. Contact: [email protected].
1. The game and information it uses
Arrow Away is a puzzle game that you can play without creating an account.
- Local game data: level progress, coins, reward receipts, language, sound, vibration and appearance settings are stored on your device. Game progress is not backed up to an online account.
- Service and measurement data: the app and our service providers may process app and device information, installation identifiers, IP address and connection information, app usage and advertising events, errors, and consent choices. We use Firebase to manage game settings and, subject to your privacy choices and applicable law, understand how the game is used and measure advertising performance.
- Advertising data: advertising providers may process device or advertising identifiers, IP-derived approximate location, device/app information, ad requests, impressions, interactions, and diagnostic data to deliver ads, measure performance, and prevent fraud. The game does not request precise location, contacts, or access to your photos for these purposes.
- Support: if you email us, we receive your email address, message, and any information you choose to provide. There is no requirement to provide your name or email address to play.
2. Service providers and advertising platforms
The game may display advertisements, including optional ads that offer in-game rewards. The following providers support game services, advertising and privacy choices. The advertising partners involved may vary according to the ads shown and your region.
- Google AdMob and User Messaging Platform (UMP): advertising and regional privacy-choice messages. Google Privacy Policy and Google's use of information from apps.
- Google Firebase: Remote Config and Analytics. Firebase Privacy and Security.
- TopOn: advertising mediation that connects the game with advertising networks, including Pangle, Mintegral and Smart Digital Marketing (SDM). TopOn Privacy Policy, Pangle Privacy Policy, Mintegral Privacy Policy.
3. Purposes and choices
We use data to operate and configure the game, preserve progress, provide support, measure use and advertising performance where permitted, maintain reliability, prevent fraud, and meet legal obligations. Depending on your location and the processing, the legal basis may be consent, performance of the service, legitimate interests, or legal obligations.
Where required by law, we ask for your consent before using your data for optional analytics or personalized advertising. In the EEA, UK and Switzerland, we collect optional analytics data only after obtaining the required consent. We do not use Firebase Analytics data to personalize advertising. Declining optional processing does not prevent you from playing the game.
Depending on your region, Settings → Privacy choices lets you review or change your choices. Advertising-related data sharing may qualify as a sale, sharing, or targeted advertising under applicable US state laws. Residents covered by those laws may opt out through the privacy choices provided in the game. You can also contact us with a privacy request. Withdrawing consent affects future processing and does not invalidate lawful processing already performed.
4. Sharing and international processing
We disclose data to service providers as needed for the purposes above, to comply with lawful requests, protect rights and security, or as part of a business transfer subject to applicable protections. Providers may process data outside your country. Where required, applicable transfer safeguards are used. Their linked policies explain their practices; regional privacy messages identify relevant advertising partners.
5. Retention, security and your rights
Local progress and settings remain until you clear app data or uninstall, subject to your device's behavior. We keep limited records of in-game rewards to prevent duplicate grants and resolve issues. Provider-held data follows applicable service retention settings and policies. We retain support correspondence only as needed to resolve requests, maintain necessary records, or meet legal obligations.
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards. No storage or transmission method is completely secure.
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion or a copy of your personal data, object to or restrict processing, withdraw consent, or opt out of sale/sharing and targeted advertising. Contact us using the address above; we may need information to verify and locate your data. You may use an authorized agent where permitted, appeal an applicable request decision, or contact your data protection authority. We do not deny access to the game for exercising applicable privacy rights.
6. Age and children
The game is intended for people aged 13 and older and is not directed to children under 13. If you are under the age of majority, use the game with the permission of a parent or guardian. Where local law requires parental authorization for optional personal-data processing at a higher age, that requirement also applies. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13; contact us if you believe this has occurred.
7. Policy updates and contact
We will update this page when our practices change, revise the effective date, and provide additional notice or obtain consent where required. For questions or requests, email [email protected].
